Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a quality-focused leader to oversee process control and drive key performance indicators across manufacturing operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to ISO/TS16949 guidelines, and champion continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive quality, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in quality and process control in automotive manufacturing.
• Certified as an ISO/TS16949 Lead Assessor (Preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence behavior and perform analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project (or similar).
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively support succession planning to develop future leaders.
• Provide leadership oversight of inspection gates to prevent repeat failures.
• Update Decostar KPI data and drive overall facility performance.
