Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI, is seeking a Team Leader in Assembly for the 1st shift to drive daily production and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead the Assembly team, ensure standard work adherence, train new employees, and solve problems to meet daily production goals.

The role includes a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:30 AM–2:30 PM) with a starting pay of $26.00 per hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and standard work.
• Past leadership experience preferred.
• Able to train and communicate effectively with the team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Assembly team members on 1st shift.

• Create, maintain, audit, and improve standard work.
• Train new employees and cross-train as needed.
