AriensCo is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Welding on 2nd shift in Fayetteville, TN. You will lead welding operations, coach team members, and champion safety and efficiency to drive best-in-class performance.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and on-floor collaboration to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with people, projects and issues.
• Lean tools knowledge including 6S and Kaizen.
• Working experience in a manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate leader to oversee daily welding operations, coach and develop team members, and help drive safe, efficient production. This role will champion safety and quality while leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts to deliver best-in-class operational performance. **THE DAY TO DAY...** * Responsible for daily operations on the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, training and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations are in full compliance and meet or exceed safety guidelines* Motivate and lead team members: provide coaching and development opportunities; monitor success through documented periodic work performance evaluations and enact corrective action, as required* Coordinate departmental activities to meet manufacturing schedules, and take positive action to increase overall equipment effectiveness, achieve Takt time, and reduce lead time* Work with inter- and intra-departmental staff to improve productivity and quality standards in order to meet customer requirements* Participate in various lean manufacturing activities to improve products, reduce waste, or learn new skills or operations* Perform special assignments and/or duties as required **THE QUALIFICATIONS...** * High School diploma or GED* Bachelor’s Degree preferred* Minimum of 3 years related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with people, projects and issues* Demonstrated leadership, coaching and development of people* Working knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, etc.)* Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment **WORKING CONDITIONS...** * On-site in manufacturing environment with frequent presence on the production floor Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.## ***About AriensCo***Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
