Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, a Daikin Industries LTD member, seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Groveland, FL location on 3rd shift. You will repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment, troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs, and perform preventative maintenance while upholding safety and 6S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in electrical or mechanical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize impact on output.
• Respond to calls from production and management to perform repairs.
• Perform established preventative maintenance programs and record work in Fiix CMMS.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and machine manuals.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain 6S housekeeping standards.
