Job summary

SEL is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our West Lafayette, IN facility. You will lead production activities, manage key metrics, and mentor a diverse team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

You will drive engagement, champion SEL values, and apply Principles of Operations and World Class Manufacturing practices to improve daily operations. This role emphasizes leadership and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Job description

As a Manufacturing Supervisor a typical day might include the following:

• Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.
• Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees.
• Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values.
• Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit.
• Model, teach and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Understand. Create. Simplify.
• Other duties as assigned.

West Lafayette, IN- This position is located at SEL's newest manufacturing facility in West Lafayette, IN. Residents enjoy a mix of suburban and urban environments, as well as a short drive to Indianapolis and Chicago. West Lafayette is a great place to call home.

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $80,200.00 - $112,400.00 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
