Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our West Lafayette facility. You will direct production activities, mentor team members, and drive performance through data and culture alignment.

West Lafayette, IN- This position is located at SEL’s newest manufacturing facility in West Lafayette, IN. Residents enjoy a mix of suburban and urban environments, as well as a short drive to Indianapolis and Chicago. West Lafayette is a great place to call home.

Salary

Pay range for this position is $80,200.00 - $112,400.00 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
