We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Schneider Electric team. The plant specializes in Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, focusing on prefabricated data centers and power modules for the Data Center sector.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A natural leader with experience managing and developing multiple teams in a manufacturing setting, ideally with experience in prefabricated modular systems, data centers, or related industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on optimizing production efficiency, quality, and safety while ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Passionate about process improvements using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Effective communicator with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality departments.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process adjustments.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments, maintaining team morale and meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee multiple team leaders managing operators (internal and external subcontractors) involved in mechanical and electrical installations. Your role involves ensuring team leaders understand project technical details, supporting issue resolution, and collaborating with departments such as Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, Industrialization, Quality, and Health & Safety. You will focus on maintaining order, cleanliness, safety, and proper PPE use within the plant.

Requirements:
  • Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Experience interpreting and executing 2D and 3D plans.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role managing multiple teams.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in the local language.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
