Job summary

Snelling is recruiting experienced Production Shift Supervisors for a growing 24/7 manufacturing facility in Texas. We have multiple openings, including Direct Hire and Temporary/Contract opportunities. Competitive pay DOE.

12-hour rotating shifts on Days and Nights, with flexibility to work either shift preferred. Candidates will lead daily operations, ensuring safety and quality, while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience operating in a 24/7 production facility.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
