Job summary

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Production Team Lead in Clinton Township, MI to guide a six-person final inspection team on 1st shift. You will prioritize daily work, keep production on schedule, and ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.

You will coach and motivate the team, communicate priorities, and remove obstacles while applying Lean tools to monitor production in a fast-paced, non-automotive manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior roles as Production Team Lead or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and keep production moving.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or Gemba boards preferred.

We're recruiting a Production Team Lead for a growing non-automotive manufacturer in Clinton Township, MI. This is a 1st shift, direct-hire opportunity.

In this role, you'll lead a team of six employees in the final inspection department, helping prioritize daily work, support your team, and keep production moving while ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
