G.Z.Q.S.O. in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring a Team Leader for the 1st shift in automotive manufacturing. You will lead production associates, ensure quality standards, maintain schedules, and promote a safe, productive work environment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Lead, or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production associates during the shift.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to maximize productivity.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform regular quality inspections and address production issues promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production concerns.
• Maintain accurate production and attendance records.
• Assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near Van Dyke & 18 1/2 Mile Road)
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00 per hour
