Manufacturing Supervisor (80-100K)

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to work for an International Manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Work Schedule: 6PM – 6AM (4 days on / 4 days off).

Overview:

• Established International Manufacturer with an excellent safety-oriented culture
• Join a plant investing over $10M to expand capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production operators and ensure smooth, safe plant operations during the evening shift
• Conduct floor rounds and ensure daily checklists are completed
• Resolve equipment and process issues quickly and effectively
• Monitor raw material usage, yields, and production output
• Ensure team adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards
• Provide training, coaching, and engagement to the production team
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to drive process improvements

Background and Experience:

• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead operations role (chemical, food processing, or related manufacturing industry)
• Strong people skills, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
