We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who has a deep understanding of welding processes and machinery operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG, TIG, ARC welding, and weld inspections. You will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
• Supervise a team of welders and other manufacturing staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Conduct regular weld inspections to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring that all products are manufactured to exact specifications.
• Operate a variety of welding and fabricating equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding machines.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate manufacturing efforts and ensure seamless production processes.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, developing and implementing effective solutions.
• Regularly report on manufacturing operations, providing updates and feedback to upper management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding processes.
• Experience conducting weld inspections and ensuring that all work meets industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with aluminum stamping and other manufacturing processes.
• Experience operating a variety of welding and fabricating equipment.
• Welding certification is preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
