Virginia Transformer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives at our Rincon, GA manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, reduce waste, and support high-quality transformer production.
We are open to candidates ranging from recent engineering graduates to experienced manufacturing engineers with up to 10 years of experience. This is a hands‑on manufacturing floor role with strong growth potential.
