Job summary

AIRO Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Business Partner to bridge Manufacturing and Business Development, translating opportunities into actionable manufacturing requirements and aligning with capacity, cost, and schedules.

You will lead feasibility assessments, develop ROMs and proposals, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to ensure commitments can be delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program management, or business development support.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, capacity planning, labor requirements, and cost drivers.
• Experience developing manufacturing estimates, ROMs, capacity assessments, or production plans.
• Experience working with Business Development, Sales, customers, or commercial teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain and quality considerations in manufacturing.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical manufacturing requirements across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between Manufacturing and Business Development for new opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into manufacturing requirements, assumptions, risks, and execution considerations.
• Lead or coordinate manufacturing feasibility assessments and develop inputs for proposals, including labor, capacity, rates, lead times, costs, tooling, and facilities.
• Maintain manufacturing ROMs and cost estimates with clear assumptions, risks, and challenges.
• Identify capacity and process requirements and support transitions of awarded opportunities into Manufacturing.
