Job summary

Askari Defense in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to own design, development, and continuous improvement of interceptor system manufacturing. You will collaborate across operations, hardware, software, and supply chain to ensure repeatable, high-quality production on the factory floor.

You will drive DFMA improvements, write SOPs, and build a manufacturing software operating system leveraging AI/LLM to track quality, throughput, and change management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing or operating a manufacturing process with measurable improvements.
• Ability to write SOPs and sequence production operations for scalable layouts.
• Foundational understanding of software systems and AI/LLM-enabled tools for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the production of interceptors from fixtures to final labeling, across teams.
• Design and optimize workflows, SOPs, and facility layouts for quality and throughput.
• Lead internal tooling, fixtures, and DFA/DFM improvements with manufacturability in mind.
• Develop and maintain a unified manufacturing software platform with AI/LLM agents and real‑time production visibility.
