C&F is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing Solutions engagements, align digital manufacturing roadmaps with client KPIs, and drive measurable value realizations across enterprise programs.

You will serve as the liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams, shaping roadmaps, executive communications, and strategic initiatives in AI-enabled manufacturing. This role requires strong consulting and leadership in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale manufacturing transformations.
• Proven ability to develop and defend business cases with financial analysis.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-ready analyses, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Guide Agile delivery while balancing validation cycles and change management.
• Identify opportunities to expand the program within active engagements.
