Job summary

Strategic planning in Manufacturing Operations for plant-level leadership and execution.
Experience presenting strategy and tracking implementation to measure results.

Responsibilities

Develop and support business strategy across Manufacturing Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other areas.
Identify areas for strategic improvements and follow through on implementation.
Create strategic plans and business cases for operational changes.
Present strategy, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
Track strategic initiatives and results.
