Job summary

InnovaFlex Foundry in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Strategy & Planning Manager to lead strategic planning across factory operations, production scheduling, capacity management, and customer shipment execution.

The role requires translating demand into actionable plans, driving KPIs, leading a team of technicians, and partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Shipping to meet priorities. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing/operations planning experience.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape production strategy by translating demand and operational constraints into executable manufacturing plans.
• Drive operational performance through data, KPIs, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Solve complex challenges by identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities across the production process.
• Lead and develop a team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and excellence.
• Partner across the organization with Operations, Supply Chain, Shipping, and other key stakeholders to deliver on business and customer priorities.
