The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in manufacturing strategy, strong program management skills, and a background in engineering or supply chain. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing strategy, industrial engineering, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong program management experience across global or multi-regional initiatives.
• Knowledge of global supply chain economics and risk.

• Lead global coordination of capacity plans and develop customer-ready messaging.
• Translate complex footprint decisions into compelling value propositions.
• Identify optimization opportunities in plant loading, utilization, staffing, and capital deployment.
