What You’ll Lead & Own
  • Set strategic direction for supply planning and financial planning teams to optimize inventory, cost structure, and logistics performance.
  • Drive key financial outcomes by owning Return on Capital Employed, EBIT, and cash‑flow performance indicators.
  • Oversee capital planning and long‑range profit planning processes.
  • Build KPI frameworks and analytical models to guide long‑term operational and investment decisions.
  • Partner across all departments to align operational plans with strategic priorities.
  • Mentor accounting and materials teams, building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver executive‑level business presentations and financial reports.
  • Lead annual business planning activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Maintain financial compliance and integrity across the organization.
