ECI Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Business Consultant with hands-on batch and process manufacturing experience to join our Professional Services team.

This role blends business consulting with Deacom ERP implementation to deliver durable outcomes, not just go-lives. You will diagnose operational challenges, advise on planning, scheduling, yield, and traceability, and lead sessions with plant managers and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in batch or process manufacturing consulting.
• Strong knowledge of formulation/recipe management, scheduling, and lot traceability.

Responsibilities

• Assess production floor, planning, quality, and supply chain practices against best practices.
• Advise on production planning, scheduling, capacity, yield, and waste improvements.
• Lead sessions combining business consulting with Deacom ERP implementation.
• Define KPIs to benchmark manufacturing, quality, and inventory performance.
• Travel to US and Canada, up to 50% depending on project phase.
