Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Business Consultant with deep batch and process manufacturing experience to join our Professional Services team. You will diagnose operational challenges and translate recommendations into a Deacom-based solution while staying focused on real-world plant outcomes.

You will engage with plant managers and executives to drive improvements in planning, scheduling, quality, traceability, and regulatory readiness, traveling across the US and Canada as

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in batch or process manufacturing.
5-7 years in manufacturing consulting or plant operations.
Ability to translate operations issues into Deacom ERP configurations.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Assess a customer's production floor, planning, quality, and supply chain practices.
Advise on planning, scheduling, capacity utilization, and waste reduction.
Lead sessions combining business consulting with ERP implementation.
Document current and future initiatives and KPI requirements.
Configure lot traceability and recall readiness.
Support regulatory compliance such as FDA/HACCP.
