Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a food environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline manufacturing employees to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance and employee engagement across the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and IWS principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth plant performance.
