Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years accounting experience in manufacturing preferred
• GAAP knowledge required
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Experience with inventory costing and analysis
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and various financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, contributing to cost control initiatives.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with depreciation calculations.
• Participate in inventory counts and reconcile inventory balances.
