Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and posts journal entries for month-end close.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts, including bank and inventory.
• Assists with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Supports the annual audit process by providing requested documentation.
• Analyzes manufacturing costs and variances.
• Processes accounts payable invoices and employee expense reports.
• Maintains fixed asset records and calculates depreciation.
