Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in manufacturing setting.
• Unquestionable ethics and integrity; ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with Epicor (or similar ERP) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries and month-end close items.
• Maintain balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Support fixed assets, leases, prepaid, cash, and intercompany accounting.
• Provide audit support with schedules and documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting records and improve close processes.
