Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
Experience with inventory management and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close, accruals, and reclassifications.
Assist with cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
Support the annual financial audit by preparing requested documentation and schedules.
Generate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
