Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with inventory costing and analysis

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements, AR, and AP.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, with schedules and analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuations.
• Process accounts payable invoices and employee expense reports for payment.
• Support the annual external audit by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
