Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Experience with inventory management and reconciliation desired.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately in accordance with accounting standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Support inventory costing with variance explanations and standard cost updates.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions timely and accurately.
• Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation for reporting.
