Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist on the T1 Manufacturing Operations shift to improve production flow, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on safety, quality, and speed.

The role requires high energy and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following and creating documented procedures. The position is on-site with competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills with >30 WPM typing能力.

• Ability to follow and create documented procedures.
• Ability to wear a cleanroom smock for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Routinely conducts intermediate data analysis of manufacturing metrics.
• Pinpoint bottlenecks and act to improve line movement and balance.
• Troubleshoot and investigate production roadblocks to 1st/2nd order of catalyst events.
• Lead teams within and outside the department.
• Maintain multitasking while preserving efficiency and accuracy.
• Work hours: B Shift – Sun to Tue, 6:45pm–7:15am, alternating Saturdays.
