As a member of the Manufacturing Operations Shift Team, the employee is responsible for performing activities that improve the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world-class speed and quality: Monitor, evaluate and interact with software systems and computerized manufacturing equipment to maintain proper photo resist inventory and chemical age. Communicate and follow through on any inhibitors to manufacturing performance. Must adhere to strict protocol policies, which include wearing a clean room suit for long periods. Must have a clear understanding of the tools and systems that are utilized and the product that is being produced. Requires compliance with all security, health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
