If you've thrived in a fast-paced retail store, restaurant, or high-volume customer service environment, you already have the skills we're looking for. We're not just hiring for experience. We're hiring for attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to keep up in a high-pressure environment. Sound familiar? That's exactly what you've been doing.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and operate intelligent automated systems on our production floor - think of it like managing multiple stations at once during a rush.
  • Work in our Manufacturing Command Center (MCC) or FAB, keeping production running smoothly and flagging anything out of the ordinary.
  • Handle time-sensitive materials safely and efficiently - precision and speed both matter here.
  • Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help create training documents for your team.
  • Use Excel to log data, track activity, and support reporting throughout your shift.
  • Works in the FAB or Manufacturing Command Center (MCC)
  • Work in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE (coveralls, gloves, hood, mask, safety glasses).
  • Works directly with the production line, monitoring automated systems, handling time-sensitive materials, and troubleshooting abnormal events.
  • Less technical and more process-focused compared to AMHS.

  • Food Service / Fast Food
  • High-Volume Customer Service
