Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.

What Sets You Apart

• Ability to use a micrometer to measure the thickness of material.
• Ability to operate manual manufacturing machines (Rolling press, SMG cutting press) to produce product.
• Ability to troubleshoot an automated press to continue producing product.
• Ability to use hand tools (wrench, pliers, screwdrivers) to assemble product.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow prints, diagrams, written and oral work instructions, and other written documentation relevant to production.
• Good working knowledge of measurement units, standards, and metric.
• Have a good eye for detail
• Ability to read and use measuring tools. (Micrometers, calipers)
• Self-starter.
• Able to work on your own with limited supervision and have good communication skills.
• Milling experience.
• Be computer literate, knowledgeable in Word and e-mails for general communications.
