Job summary

This is a primarily in-office role based in New Hope, MN. Ideal candidates are personable, organized, and motivated, with strong communication skills and comfort using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads from marketing, events, referrals, and databases.
• Learn customer needs to identify potential GibbsCAM-based solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial conversations through quoting and closing.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate customer information in HubSpot.
• Coordinate demonstrations and technical conversations with our applications team.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and professional customer communications.
• Work with the team and follow established sales processes.
• Attend customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
