Job summary

General Motors in Warren, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Software Integration Supervisor to lead a team supporting End of Line (EoL) test, flash, and vehicle production software across plants and launches. You will drive EFTQ improvements, department growth, and cross-functional alignment to ensure launch readiness.

The role requires up to 25% travel and onsite reporting to the Warren Tech Center, with relocation benefits for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the MSIE team, ensuring reliable support for End of Line test/flash and vehicle production testing across GMNA.
  • Develop the strength of the organization by coaching performance, building employee capability, supporting career growth, and helping select new talent.
  • Own process performance improvement by identifying gaps in End of Line operations and driving actions that improve pass rates, throughput, and system effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional launch and plant alignment by partnering with manufacturing, product, IT, and launch teams to resolve issues, improve EFTQ, and support successful software deployment.
  • Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
