Job summary

General Motors LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Software Integration Supervisor to lead a team of software engineers responsible for integration, support, and deployment of End of Line test/flash systems across GM manufacturing sites. You will drive cross‑functional alignment, improve EFTQ, and protect launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, coach, train and evaluate engineers while supporting career growth and building team capability.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics
• Proven ability to quickly assess plant issues, provide useful feedback and remove roadblocks before they impact throughput or quality
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functional teams and build strong plant/customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day execution of the MSIE team, ensuring reliable support for End of Line test/flash and vehicle production testing across GMNA.
• Develop the strength of the organization by coaching performance, building employee capability, supporting career growth, and helping select new talent.
• Own process performance improvement by identifying gaps in End of Line operations and driving actions that improve pass rates, throughput, and system effectiveness.
• Drive cross‑functional launch and plant alignment by partnering with manufacturing, product, IT, and launch teams to resolve issues, improve EFTQ, and support successful software deployment.
• Foster a forward‑thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
