  • Own process performance improvement by identifying gaps in End of Line operations and driving actions that improve pass rates, throughput, and system effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional launch and plant alignment by partnering with manufacturing, product, IT, and launch teams to resolve issues, improve EFTQ, and support successful software deployment.
  • Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

If you’re ready to grow, thrive, and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.**WHY:** The purpose of this role is to lead and develop the team of integration engineers who release End of Line (EoL) test and flash support for vehicle production, while improving plant processes, protecting the plant/customer from electrical defects, and driving better EFTQ. **WHAT:** As a Manufacturing Software Integration Supervisor, you will lead a team of Software Engineers responsible for integration and supporting manufacturing software, flash, and test systems across plants and launches, while driving resolution, cross-functional alignment, and execution to protect EFTQ and overall launch readiness. **HOW:** Supporting the plants to make it happen for our customers. **Work Arrangement - Onsite**The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis.
