Job summary

General Motors in Warren, MI seeks a Manufacturing Software Integration Supervisor to lead a team responsible for End of Line test, flash, and manufacturing software across plants. You will drive resolution, cross-functional alignment, and successful software deployment to protect EFTQ and launch readiness.

The role requires coaching, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, with up to 25% travel. Onsite at the Warren Tech Center.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, coach, train and evaluate engineers while supporting career growth.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics
• Proven ability to quickly assess plant issues, provide feedback and remove roadblocks
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional teams and build plant/customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the MSIE team, ensuring reliable support for End of Line test/flash and vehicle production testing.
• Develop the strength of the organization by coaching performance and career growth.
• Own process performance by identifying gaps in End of Line operations and driving improvement actions.
• Drive cross-functional launch and plant alignment with manufacturing, product, IT, and launch teams.
• Foster a forward-thinking culture that embraces change and navigates future challenges.
