Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and build manufacturing software for Leo’s satellite fleet and related ground systems. You will translate business requirements into concrete deliverables and collaborate with software, hardware, RF, embedded, and automation teams to enable secure, scalable manufacturing orchestration across factory lines.

Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

Build the manufacturing software systems used by production operations to manufacture the Leo's satellite fleet, supporting ground systems and associated ASICs.
Build the end-to-end system capabilities required for the orchestration of manufacturing across factory production lines.
Architect and design a secure manufacturing software system that protects Leo's intellectual property and manufacturing assets via a secure chain of custody/trust.
