Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.
• Experience in full stack networking.

Responsibilities

• Design suitable software systems and interfaces with peer teams and customers.
• Develop a strategic plan for growth of the team, software services and organization.
• Hire and develop a diverse team of software engineers.
• Aid in the design of mission critical systems in Project Leo.
• Collaborate with team members to form a strong software organization in Project Leo.
