Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking a Site HR Business Partner for our Houston operations. You will partner with plant leadership to drive HR programs that enhance safety, productivity, and engagement across day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and performance management, with emphasis on compliance and talent development across a high-volume manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; extensive experience may substitute.
• Strong employee relations background with investigations and coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact to site leadership.
• Translate business goals into HR strategies supporting production, safety, and turnover stability.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing strategies and organizational design for the site.
• Partner with corporate HR to ensure consistent execution of company programs.
• Lead employee relations activities including coaching, investigations, and resolving workplace issues.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with company values.
