Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Cabinetworks Group is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead all HR activities for our Sayre manufacturing site, serving as a trusted advisor to plant leadership.
You'll own talent initiatives, onboarding, development planning, succession discussions, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance and handling workplace investigations.
This role requires a strong relationship focus, autonomy, and the ability to influence business decisions on a fast-paced production floor.
Job Description Lead People. Drive Culture. Own the Site. At Cabinetworks Group, we believe great HR leaders don't sit behind a desk, they build relationships, solve problems, develop leaders, and create environments where team members can thrive. We're looking for an energetic, people-focused HR Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for our Sayre manufacturing facility. This is not a traditional HR Generalist role. This is an opportunity to own a site, influence business decisions, partner directly with operations leadership, and make a visible impact on the team member experience every day.
The range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 per year plus annual bonus. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships across all levels of an organization, and are energized by solving problems and driving change, we want to talk with you.
As the HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership while leading all aspects of Human Resources for the site.
We believe the best HR leaders are connected to the people they support.
A minimum of 30% of your time will be spent on the production floor, building relationships with team members, understanding operational challenges, coaching leaders, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
At Cabinetworks Group, we are building more than cabinets, we are building teams, careers, and opportunities.
Ownership. Visibility. Impact. Growth.
If you're ready to step into a role where your decisions matter, your voice is heard, and your work directly influences the success of a manufacturing operation, we'd love to meet you.
We're not looking for someone to process HR transactions. We're looking for someone who wants to lead, influence, and make a difference.
