Job summary

NSI Industries seeks a Site Controller in Huntersville to lead financial operations at the distribution site. You will manage monthly statements, budgeting, and performance analysis, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

You'll oversee intercompany transactions, inventory valuation, and reporting, and lead a high-performing finance team while partnering with cross-functional groups to drive cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• 7–10 years in financial management; ≥5 years in manufacturing/distribution.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for large data analysis and reporting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Proactive problem solver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc analyses.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor site financial performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enforce policies and regulatory compliance.
• Manage intercompany transactions, inventory valuation, and cycle counts.
• Lead and develop the finance team; mentor staff.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audits.
• Support capital expenditure planning and financial modeling.
• Drive process improvements.
• Manage projects.
