Koroseal Interior Products in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Production Supervisor for first shift. The role leads daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met, and reports to the Production Manager.

Availability for all shifts and exempt status are noted. The position emphasizes supervising hourly staff, coordinating schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production areas.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of manufacturing supervisory, lead, or training experience.
• High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and strong written and verbal communication.

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment; provide safety training for all associates.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) training for new operations.
• Ensure customer quality standards are understood and achieved.
• Support quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
