Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates receive required safety training.
• Monitor and manage time-keeping records for all employees.
• Partner with departments to identify process improvement opportunities.

Skills

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Effective written and oral communication

Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

Associate’s Degree

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations preferred
