Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products in Louisville, KY seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager to lead plant-wide Lean initiatives, coach leaders, and drive data-driven problem solving to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

You will partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance to identify opportunities, implement sustainable improvements, and advance a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing organizational change.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive Lean practices, Six Sigma, and standardized work across operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and waste reduction projects.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, visual management, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and costs.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to implement improvements.
• Coach and develop leaders on CI tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from ideation to implementation.
