Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment and materials for production runs.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet specified production parameters.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions during setup.
• Document setup procedures, equipment settings, and any adjustments made.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize changeover processes and minimize downtime.
