As a Setup Technician, you will prepare equipment for production runs, perform maintenance and calibration, and read blueprints. You will collaborate with engineering teams to optimize changeovers while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery for production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize setup processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
