The position emphasizes timely documentation, training of personnel, and ongoing improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on safety and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Direct daily guidance to 10-20 associates ensuring adherence to cGMP and quality standards.
• Proficient at completing documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Coordinates with QA, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, validation, and production planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day direction of 10-20 associates.
• Coordinate scheduling and cleaning with multiple departments and direct manager.
• Maintain training compliance and SOP changes for all area personnel.
• Complete SAP transactions and review batch records.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement within area of responsibility.
