Job summary

ITW Food Equipment Group's Warewash Business Unit in Troy, Ohio seeks an on-site Manufacturing/Production Coordinator II to schedule production jobs and coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, and customer service. Responsibilities include managing shop floor activities, release of orders, and accurate BOM handling.

Under direct supervision, you will work with confidential data, communicate changes to relevant groups, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining Kanban and vendor-managed

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Business or related field.
3+ years’ experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Schedule production jobs and maintain accurate ship dates in ERP (Epicor).
Release service orders and stock pulls to the floor and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and expedite shipments, warehouse or direct.
Coordinate order changes with customer service and notify areas impacted by orders.
Maintain purchasing/delivery arrangements for materials and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
